We first meet you, preferably at your farm and see if working together would be a good fit for all parties. We then set a meeting to deep dive into you operation and discuss best case scenarios on your transition. We then formulate a plan to move the operation to the next generation. Every farm is different, every situation is different. We base our plans around you. We do not believe in doing cookie cutter planning. We then will meet annually until the transition is completed.
