Sondra Leyes

Sondra grew up in Cottage Grove, MN, where she learned the value of hard work and strong family ties by watching her mother run a successful business. She graduated from Concordia College in 2013 with a double major in Communications and Sociology. With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Sondra is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

As Director of Operations and Insurance Coordinator, Sondra plays a key role in ensuring seamless support for both current and future clients. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, and loves hosting gatherings for family and friends.
